Features
Every detail built for repeatable, reliable evidence
Screenshots360 isn't a generic screenshot tool — every feature exists to make test and process documentation faster and more consistent.
Capture modes
Five capture modes cover everything from a quick full-window shot to a stitched full-page browser capture.
Capture
A full screenshot of the active window, taken instantly with a hotkey or toolbar click.
Highlight
Draw a box around the important area — the screenshot is captured with a red border around your selection.
Multi-Highlight
Draw multiple highlight boxes on one screenshot before capturing, for multi-part evidence in a single image.
Snip
Drag to capture only the exact region you need — nothing else on screen.
Full Page
Automatically scrolls a browser window top-to-bottom and stitches every frame into one tall screenshot.
Documentation & export
Every session ends the same way: a clean, numbered Word document — not a folder of loose PNGs.
Cover page metadata
Test case name, session start/end time, total screenshot count, and any test data you enter.
Automatic step numbering
Every screenshot becomes its own page, labeled Step 1, Step 2, and onward — always in the right order.
Inline comments
Attach a short note to any step; it appears directly under that screenshot in the exported document.
Smart compression
If the finished document exceeds 5 MB, images are automatically re-compressed in steps until it fits.
Workflow & safety
Built for long, repetitive test sessions — with the guardrails you'd expect for enterprise workflows.
Resume any session
Continue an earlier session — even one that's already been exported — and new steps continue the same numbering.
Capture blocking
Video-conferencing and email-client windows are excluded from capture by default, so sensitive meetings never end up in your evidence.
Undo & preview
Made a mistake? Undo the last screenshot with one click, or preview any capture before you stop the session.
See it in your own workflow
Install Screenshots360 and run your first session in under two minutes.
